How Are Products Shipped?

Free FedEx Home Delivery shipping is offered on orders over $50.00 (5-7 business days).

We offer these additional Federal Express options:

FedEx Home Delivery (5-7 business days)

Express Saver (3 Business Days)

2 Day (2 Business Days)

Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed.  Delivery may vary based on method chosen and delivery location.  Please note that all shipping times are in business days.

Expediated 2-Day and 3-Day orders will ship via Federal Express*.
Orders placed before 2:00 OM EST will generally be shipped out on same day*.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will be shipped the following day.  Exceptions on orders placed on Friday - Sunday will not ship until the following Monday or next business day if Monday is a holiday.  

Ground Orders will ship FedEx Home Delivery*
Will ship within 2 business days.
There may be a 2-3 day processing time for Ground orders during the Summer season.

*Note there could be a delay in processing your order if we encounter any issues with the billing information provided.


What Is Your Return Policy?

House of  Swim will accept returns for items purchased on the store according to guidelines listed below.

If received by us within 30 DAYS of received date for a refund or store credit.

If received by us after 30 DAYS from received date will be only accepted for store credit. 

If received by us after 45 days* of receipt cannot be accepted for store credit or refund. 

  • *No returns are allowed on items marked “FINAL SALE”.
  • *Returned items should be unwashed and unworn with original tags and hygiene strips attached.
  •  *Any item returned to us damaged or stained will not be accepted for a refund or store credit. 
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Returns on orders below $50 are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

How to Return an Item?

All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA).

Email to receive RMA number, return label, and return instructions. Please be sure to include the following information… Order #, Name, SKU# of item/items to be returned along with the reason for return.

Customers will receive a reply within one buisiness day.

How will my return be processed?

Once a return arrives at our warehouse it will take us 10 to 14 business days to receive, inspect and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.       

*Unauthorized or unacceptable (rejected) returns will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order and customers may be charged a $13 rejection fee.
